Man raped pensioner for a thrill on a park bench after she refused to give him a massage after he said she was old enough to give him a massage'

The pensioner, who has not been named, claimed that in October 2015 she was approached in the street by the 52-year-old man, a friend of his and a friend of hers.

He then pushed her into a park bench, dragged her to a secluded spot and forced her onto the bench. He then proceeded to beat her until she passed out.

Police said the man was "unprovoked and had made an initial claim of having assaulted a stranger".

The 52-year-old woman was left bleeding and bruised for several hours, while the 52-year-old man was interviewed by police and questioned and "he admitted making that allegation against a lady of the week"

'I was completely shocked at the age, shape and complexion of the man and the physical strength and power he used to attack me,' she said.

'This was not a victimless crime like others before it and I felt so wronged that this was actually my crime and my victim.

'It shocked me to the extent that I felt like I had been killed and that something was going on which I didn't know was going to be this serious and I was going to feel the wrath of the public.'

The victim added that she was able to identify her attacker by a pair of sunglasses and a blue T-shirt with the words "Mr B", which she said had been taken from him when he came to collect her after she had been sexually assaulted.

The 52-year-old man was then questioned and had previously admitted making the complaint, but had said at the time that he had 'no memory' of the complaint.
